MOTUL RBF 600 is a fully synthetic, premium-class brake fluid designed for maximum performance and reliability in brake and clutch systems operating under extreme conditions. This product is especially valued in motorsport, where resistance to high temperatures, thermal stability, and rapid brake response are critical.

Application
RBF 600 brake fluid is intended for all hydraulic brake and clutch systems requiring a polyglycol-based fluid that meets:

• DOT 4,

• DOT 3 (except viscosity at -40°C),

• and exceeds DOT 5.1 requirements in many key parameters.

It is ideal for racing, sports, and vehicles used in extreme temperature conditions—both on the track and in dynamic road driving.

• Type: 100% synthetic polyglycol-based fluid

• Color: Yellow

• Boiling point (dry): 325°C—much higher than standard DOT 4, DOT 5.1, or silicone-based DOT 5 fluids

• Boiling point (wet): 216°C—maintains high braking efficiency even with increased moisture content

Advantages of using MOTUL RBF 600

• High thermal resistance: Maintains braking efficiency even in extreme temperature conditions (e.g. during repeated, intense braking in track driving).

Operational recommendations

• Do not mix with silicone-based fluids (DOT 5) or mineral products (e.g. LHM).

• Mixing with other DOT 3, DOT 4, or DOT 5.1 fluids with lower thermal resistance is not recommended—it may reduce the properties of RBF 600.

• Store tightly closed in the original container, as the fluid strongly absorbs moisture from the environment, lowering its effectiveness.

• Exercise caution during application—the fluid is chemically aggressive. In case of contact with skin or painted surfaces, rinse immediately with plenty of water.

• Replacement interval: For sport or racing use, change more frequently, even every few thousand kilometers or after every track session.
