Boll 007004 Automotive Windshield Adhesive
Boll Automotive Windshield Adhesive is a one-component polyurethane adhesive that hardens upon exposure to moisture in the air, creating an elastomer with excellent mechanical properties. Thanks to its unique formula, the adhesive is resistant to water, weather conditions, and acids, making it an ideal solution for windshield installation in vehicles.

Application:
Boll Automotive Windshield Adhesive is designed for bonding front and rear windows in vehicles. The product is especially recommended for installing windows in cars equipped with airbag systems, where high durability and resistance to temperature fluctuations are required. The adhesive creates a durable seal that allows the glass and metal to move independently, taking into account the different thermal expansion rates of the two elements.
Curing Time:
After applying the adhesive, at a temperature of 23°C and 50% air humidity, the vehicle is ready to be driven just 3 hours later. Thanks to the fast curing process, the waiting time for the adhesive to fully cure is minimal, which significantly improves work efficiency.
