The FILTRON K 1150A cabin filter is a high-quality particulate filter with an active carbon layer, designed to purify the air supplied to the vehicle’s interior. It is an essential part of the ventilation and air conditioning system, affecting both comfort and the health of passengers.

Function and construction
The K 1150A filter is installed in a compartment usually located at the cowl area or behind the passenger glove box, depending on the vehicle model. As a cabin filter with an activated carbon layer, it not only traps solid particles such as dust and dirt but also effectively absorbs gaseous contaminants and unpleasant odors.

The filter insert consists of several layers:
